For most Americas who dont know this company is huge ad has great support. I call and a English speaking person answers. They are very reputable ad are equal to Huawei who is also a great specs for low price. These are the future unless you dot mind paying $860 for a phone I got today with better specs than Pixel for $319 including tax. 821 snapdragon with 4070 amh battery!!!!

You said nice specs? I would change that to a extreme specs if we compare specs/price with some flagship models of "better know" or in other words more commercialized milk carton phones like samsung etc

Does your Le Eco phone battery explode too ?Some third party charges do not work and they do not sell their own accessories for the mobile apartment from Bluetooth headset! If I want to change battery, I have no where to go, what about screen replacements and other services?

Le is all about specs, but the rest is poor implementation and poor support.
You get what you pay for, and sometimes, as in the case with Le, even less.

Note7, 29 Sep 2016I have their Le Max....It is almost like orphaned out witho... morewell that can be issued as well, think of samsung (just as an example and take out the price for that matter) their low end and mid range are less likely to have aftersale service (at least in my country which sux in every angle of every brand cuz carriers) and also don't get any security patches besides the ones from factory (my A5 2016 shows May 1st) for LeEco that's a growing point they must focus in order to succeed and attract more customers that's for sure

Customers actually pay substantial money for their premium lines. This can only attract headlines that they have the latest 6 GB RAM, 8 GB RAM etc..but poor customers undergo lots of problems.

look, 500k is not that much since it's china, LeEco is trying (and may succeed in a near future) to build up higher than everyone, for now their user base might not be as high as the rest but u never understimate a challenger u know? let them sell, let them improve, it'll be ok so the other companies step up their games as well :)

Lots of people can't afford to spend $700 for a phone so if you are getting a flagship level processor at a mid budget price then why not ?
Plus its a Chinese company selling in China where they have a very good fan following.
