Samsung is not refunding people who bought their phone through Samsung.com. Unbelievable.

WARNING! - ATT is doing a Bait and Switch with the $100 credit that is being offered if you purchase an alternative Samsung Device. I've already PAID 2 INSTALLMENTS to my note 7 which ATT Advised the $100 credit "will be applied to" - so my $100 credit now becomes a mere $28 for purchasing what is basically a device that's a year old.

Okay I just spent 10 minutes writing my review and it kicked me off the page. So this phone has taken up so much of my time and patients that. Alls i do know is the Verizon store is taking advantage of this serious problem and Samsung has not even come close to fixing the problem. $25.00, by no means compensates for the gas and hours at the store wating on them to tranfer data several times just to get stuck with a high dollar phone that is malfunctioning all the time. This problem needs to be addressed and compenation for my time and money needs to be addressed right away. I was looking into a smart watch that would adapt to this phone,and naturally they have made one that costs $179.00, because All the fwar fit products were made for the s6, and below. Now why are they going to charge that kind of money just to have a watch compatible with the phone's that are creating all this mischief. It isn't bad enough the phone's cost a bundle, but having to replace your gear to be able to use it with this spendy dangerous phone, by God it should come with the gear fit that can be used with it. YES I AM VERY ANGRY, AND VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH ALL THIS LOADED BULL THAT IS DISRUPTING MY LIFE. ME AND MY HUSBAND HAVE EVEN BEEN FIGHTING ABIUT IT, AND IT'S NOT EVEN A PROBLEM CREATED BY US. I WANT TO BE REPAID FOR MY, TIME, GAS, FRUSTRATIONS, STRESS,AND WORRIES. RIGHT NOW I JUST HAVE A PHONE THAT DOESN'T WORK PROPERLY, NO GEAR FIT TO WEAR WITH IT.AND AM HEARING THAT ITS GOING TO BE RECALLED AGAIN. HOW MUCH MORE DO WE HAVE TO GO THROUGH TO GET WHAT WE DESERVE FOR THE MONEY AND ALL THE CAOUS THAT CAME WITH IT. Ive been through hell with this phone, and even had to make 5 trips to the store it was purchased at VERIZON in Liberty Lake Wa. When they had the first recall we took the phone back to the store and wss told they knew nothing about any recall, then was sent an e-mail telling me I had to shut down the phone and take it back to the store and wait for the replacement, then got a Replacement that has been giving me problems ever since, so took it into the same store and they acted like I was an illiterate. The guy took a paperclip and said he was resetting it,but still having issues. So what are they doing now to fix the stress that's been interupting my life? Nothing is what's been done!!! Ive had about all i can take I've missed appointments, birthdays, and no one got half the messages for my own birthday. So lost alot wirh this phone and as for the $25.00 credit,haven't seen it yet. Karma is a bitch Samsung. You shouldn't have cheapened out!!
Low specs and skyrocketed price. Low storage. Low battery. Low processor.
Better make it up note 8 and make same size display max and redeem yourselves.
Hopefully a release before summer next year.
In the meanwhile I'll get a cheap phone.

Verizon is making you pay fees for the phone when you exchange - and THEN refund you everything later. Probably keeping that $25 "inconvenience fee" from Samsung for themselves.
I've been chatting with them all morning about it being unfair that I need to PAY to replace a phone that could conceivably take my face off, but they remain unmoved. I'll probably switch carriers after this.

By skipping the d... morewow apple-biased media... thats just crap, you can only say when a media is biased if what they are reporting are not true and samsung says it not true. but as a matter of fact samsung confirms the report and EVEN issued a full recall and refund on the note 7
so why dont you just get over it and move on with your life, samsung has, what about you?!

My wife is standing in the Verizon store waiting to turn her Samsung Note 7 phone in and she gets a text message from Verizon. Then the store manager says as of that text, we can no longer accept the Note 7s being returned. She goes online and Verizon wants her to front $95.11 to get a replacement phone! That is ridiculous. Why isn't Samsung handling this correctly?

Samsung didn't decide to launch exploding Note 7 and btw 35 combustible Note 7 in the 1.5 million shipped
So then leaving nothin to chance a world wide recall,
The shipped items have been checked again and certified free of defect yet a few have still gone up in smoke
Somebody has still managed tamper with these phones, not to the level as before (scrutiny!)
This is deliberate!
Just like serial killer /arsonist; the Angel of mercy; the hacker; a person(s) is doing this
Look nobody is worried about the S7 edge, Windows; Apple; Blackberry because the norm is not to catch fire
So no doubt Samsung / Police are looking for a person with motive, means & opportunity they may have left fingerprints or DNA in multiple devices
