why is it that update take almost 12 hous already and yet still not finish.. i cannot use my mobile j7 Samsung? how many hours it takes to finish the update of my mobile?

Where is j7 2016 update it really needs it some time it charges 0 to 100 percent in 2hours n sometimes it takes 8 hours and it has full of bugs so plz leave the update fast to solve it
