Samsung Note 7.... yes it is on fire .. but I don't care is still and by far the best phablet of the year. It is sad that GSM Arena have not added it in voting... as I am sure it would still fetch quite a few votes and even being on fire and discontinued, still take like 2-3 place.

To me a true Phablet is a phone that has something different to a standard phone like the Note series & its S-Pen. To a degree, the 7+ with its dual cameras. I do not think that size alone should define it as being a Phablet.

Dont you think its a little to early to select the best Phablet of 2016 taking in considration that Huawei Mate 9 is not yet out, and the Mate 8 is a 2015 model thats why it hasnt been on your list?

It's 2016, a 5.5" phone it's not a phablet, not even close. Hardly a 6-incher could be call that. A phablet is a >6" phone nowadays. So stop calling these tiny 5.5-inchers "phablets", please.
