And will be buying a 4GB/128GB version, so storage will never be a problem. Secondly, I have a 2TB Seagate hard drive connected to my rig, and storage again isn't a problem.

i don't care if it's a small upgrade for those with the oneplus 3 (you shouldn't be upgrading that early anyways) but for me with the usage of just an iphone 4 it's a really big upgrade!

Snapdragon 821 doesn't give any better IPC improvements except having a higher clock which is worthless upgrading to this as they just want extra money.
If they added a hybrid sim slot, that would've been great. So, I'm going for ZTE Axon 7 over this. Only problem with the axon 7 is the 2k display. Rest of the specs are perfect.

You probably mean QHD...
And no, I'd rather have a 5.1 or 5.2 max FHS screen than any QHD screens.
FHD uses less battery and it's easier on the GPU thus better framerates in (non-VR) games.

Vin, 03 Nov 2016I wish if they use 5.7 qhd oled it would be the best phone QHD is BS on a phone. It's only useful for VR which isn't something you'd use very often.
Not to mention FHD is easier on the battery as well. And the GPU has to shift less pixels thus a yet a better and smoother framerate in video and games.

These days whenever I look at newer or rumored phones' specs, the top criteria will always be an above 3000mAh battery or bust. Regardless if it packs a more efficient SoC such Snapdragon 82x etc.

If they get it official support for T-Mobile VoLTE and make it work with T-Mobile wifi calling, like Nexus phones do even though they are not carried by T-Mobile, then this would be a great phone. But as nice as it is, I just can't see buying a phone that is not fully compatible with your carrier's network.
