Add some real world interference (say, your own home Wifi) and bang goes the speed. Possible, yes possible. Likely? Not that much. There's a lot more going for wireless networks than just the specs you see.
In fact it's not uncommon to inside one's own house the speed of the link dropping a lot from room to room. In case of 5 Gb/s rates we're more on the turning the head and lowering the speed range already. There's a lot of interference that can kill such a link

AnonD-444894, 08 Nov 2016you are mistaken ... we can use multi WIFI (total of 3) f... moreAt only Full HD screens for each eye, and only 60 FPS, 8 bit per pixel, each of your Wifi links (since you mentioned 3 links at once) would require a bandwidth of 1.86 Gb/s, that's already past SATA I territory by the way, with absolutely no redundancy and no overhead at all. Realistically 2 Gb/s per link (3 links needed, one for each color), for only 24 bit color depth Full HD stereoscopic images, at 60 FPS. That's what you would need to get constantly to your VR headset, not peak.
Shall we up this to 4K and you need to multiply that by 4, or want 32 bit and you'll need to multiply 2 of the links by 1.375 and one by 1.25
Well.... yeah it's still a huge clog in data transfer. Either that huge/insane bandwidth or dealing with compressed data for delays and quality losses.

That would require the yet unreleased specifications of 802.11 standards, or some proprietary link. But not feasible with current off the shelf Wifi.

The bandwidth will get clogged easily, even with the best networks, streaming 2 Full HD/4K video signals uncompressed means a huge/insane bandwidth. Compress it to reduce the bandwidth and you get delayed video in other hand.

Looks pretty good as a portable gaming pc. It wouldn't look out of place sitting next to your tv with ps4 and/or xb1. Wireless controller and 1070 is an amazing card to game on. Depends on the rest of the specs, interesting.

i don't think its a matter of a strap on your PC case...
those systems should be properly engineered to withstand the operations at vertical orientation. The Hardware should be chosen to withstand sudden movements or shakes.

im just worried about how the heating will be handled and how much it would weigh in addition to the cost ..

                  this is a boom-box style reminiscent :r

It's the next fad like 3d tvs were. Right now VR is too expensive and there are no real games just glorified tech demos.

Even Better, walk around with a Sega Dreamcast strapped your back, and a keyboard necklace, then kill zombies by typing at them.

This can be pretty legit, as long as the battery holds up, the specs are good, and it doesn't make you sweat to the point of complete discomfort.
