Viber launches public accounts, letting you connect with businesses

Following in the footsteps of Facebook's Messenger, Viber is the next chat app to enable business profiles. They're called public accounts, and are just that - a way for you to talk to representatives from businesses and brands, getting information or support. You don't need to add a business as a contact before you talk to it.

Anonymous, 10 Nov 2016Viber? This is still alive? I wonder who uses it, consideri... moreBelieve it or not, Viber has over 400 million downloads, and over 100 million active users. Viber is also very popular in China, and hell, even somewhat popular in my country. I don't use it, though.
