I think the new Nokia will surpass a company like HTC relativly fast. HTC dont have featurephones in their product portfolio. This Nokia will have phones in all segments from the cheapest dumphones up to the high end flagship.
HMD Global will attend MWC 2017 and they have booked up a lot of space in the event, so I suppose they will show a lot. It will be interesting to watch.

also Nokia should consider business line too with windows phone

The problem is it cannot be "written" for touchscreens, it takes ages just to write a simple procedure for Symbian, e.g. Screen sizes differ, embedded URL, afaik this was computer programming just for a phone
Nokia went to Microsoft due to the security of Windows, which is why imo it did not go to Android just for the 'lack' of it
This may explain why it has "leased" it name to HMD
Nokia will be another player in the Android pool, so I don't expect much, a flagship Nokia will compete with all the other flagship
The one thing Nokia and no other phone maker has done in the contacts, editable fields, this means you don't have to settle for work1,work 2 you could edit that field to anything else, so only use 1 contact for those with multiple phone number
Let's hope that as these don't become Nokia iPhones as Google is involved
