Sony has very poor memory management and can't keep apps running in the background, Pixel XL loaded most apps (and sites) noticeably faster and kept them in memory like a champ, guess that extra gig of RAM came in handy after all lol better show me that certificate then or look up the definition for "obliterated".

No phone is faster than the Pixel at the moment that runs any version of Android. Multiple tests proved this on YouTube.. The real thing is real world use. And that is pretty much preference. Because .3 secs opening a basic(phone,SMS,etc) app as apposed to a game taking an extra couple seconds is pretty much a retarded thing to compare.. Go off how fluid device runs.. and nothings i've seen looks, no runs as fluid as a Pixel..

Anonymous, 10 Dec 2016Bit late Samsung, Sony already has updated their phones to 7.1But its not even on the news. Hahaha.

Well, in a way, it is.
Getting owned by "lagwizz" running on older Android.

I have no brain problems at all, in fact I can show you my medical certifcate to confirm that. Maybe you need so, because I saw the Pixel literally got obliterated by the XZ. You don't want me to send the link of the video to it, you better prepare your handkerchief and tissues for that 😂

[deleted post]It's not really that bad to admit the truth, so I decided to do so

                              The question is when? 2018?

AnonD-570042, 09 Dec 2016A completed Marshmallow 6.1.1 version is a way better than ... moreThose bugs you're talking about only exist on Google phones, and other third party OEMs other than Sony. Sony has by far the most stable Nougat OS out of any skinned Nougat software.

AnonD-442017, 09 Dec 2016But Sony Xperia phones isn't even a threat to samsung, why ... moreThey just don't want to lose to a giant tech brand in the past, now that they're becoming more popular. I suppose next year, Sony will take over of everything, and Apple & Samsung will have nothing to do against it

viveksubhash, 09 Dec 2016response to sony's statement i supposeYeah probably because they're afraid of being outperformed by a known tech giant before

Joe, 09 Dec 2016Releks bro. Better perfect then fast but many bugs Out of all third party OEMs that released Nougat (LG, Huawei, Sony), Sony has the most stable one. V20 has some lag issues after boot up. Mate 9 sometimes shows some stuttering or slow down on the UI. XZ has everything flawlessly working. In fact, the XZ was actually faster than the Pixel XL in Nougat, given the fact that the Xperia Home is a skinned stock android, so that should give an advantage to the Pixel XL. Well, the results I saw spoke for themselves
