I hope Sony does not release the two Lens Camera phone, it is bad looking. Do not follow as other brand, just keep on your real concept. But Sony need to Show your ability next year 2017 smart phone is all the best. Just do Everything is Great. Thank Sony Love Sony

now we can see why new Compact X sukcs. Sony Z Compact was top phone but smaller dimensions, now Compact is...nothing interesting.

Just bought Zx good phone before update after update address book get error n get hot like Samsung phone every time battery get over soon I call customer service they told me it's software problems just reset the phone but same problem after that I though after Samsung note 7 this going to better phone sorry 🙏 guys it is disappointment phone I thing company do care about products

iused two fones for 3 years galaxy s4 and xperia z ultra .. their use are same but i changed battery twice for gs4 and charger died one time and i got new one and i had overheating after 1 year more than before but xperia z ultra work like butter still fast and smooth without any problem and battery is like day one. my next fone is one xperia phone without any think or campare !! i will go for sony directly but i hope sony use a ois for its next phone in this winter for now xperia x has the good price but i want two wait several month.

Sony, amongst other more expensive brands are providing security and system updates fast. I'm getting worried for Lenovo-Moto. Sony isn't bad at all in pricing, look at HTC's pricing with the A9/s, Desire 10 etc, those are truly overpriced.

I myself do find the XZ to be the phone for real humans and Chinese looking phones like iPhones and Samsung are for children as their toys, and seeing a lot of people using them makes me feel like living in the world full of babies lol. Yes it's plastic yet it survived bend tests and is even waterproof. Can Chinese phones do that? Only then, they just need to move to metal in order to have a decent durability against Sony. Next year, an Xperia flagship will be made out of strong metal that they used to use for their Walkman, so durability is lead by Sony again. It's Chinese who should learn from Sony, by putting quantity on their products and not just pure fake quality. OnePlus 3 with 6GB of RAM still got wrecked by the XZ with 3GB of RAM lol

You mean the other way round? Samsung even decided to make 7.1 as their first official Nougat update for the S7 and S7 Edge to make it an answer to Sony's decision to be the first non-Google OEM to release 7.1 update lol

Sony hardware is exceptional in Android realm (which of course led to higher price). Perhaps only flagships from Samsung, Huawei and Google are comparable to Sony quality.
Chinese phones can be cheap however most of their hardware is of poor quality. The good quality flagship grades from Huawei, ZTE or Meizu are not cheap whilst Xiaomi is a hit or miss (they are known for the quality control issues) and I am not interested to play Russian roulette.
Sony may not have the best pricing strategy in the market yet if you can get Sony flagship phones at 30-40% discount, it is worth the buy. I am currently using XZ Dual (from iPhone SE previously) and have been super happy with the performance (will be even happier when Nougat is available). Now Sony, please let me know when the TW Dual version will get the update..
