Nokia is handing the design and development to HMD which is assembled from Nokia's ex executives.. Manufacturing is done by Foxconn.. But which Foxconn plant? The plant that Foxconn bought from Microsoft which was bought from Nokia.. So in short - Nokia Logo + HMD (Ex-Nokia team) Design + Foxconn (Ex-Nokia plant) Manufacturing.. Yes fans rejoice.. We are getting the REAL Nokia android this year!

Nokia's fall is largely contributed to its choice of OS not its hardware. Even they could have developed their own Meego OS. But with Android they could have been in Top 3 smartphone manufacturers by now instead of selling its factories to Microsoft.
