Actualy, the redmi note 3 as well as redmi note 4 comes with helio chipset and the xiaomi is not licences to sell products with helio chipset in india. So they have to redesign the same phone but with snapdragon chipset.
although they could produce both the variant parallely.

Mi , this is a request from my side.... Please get the rid of Hybrid sim slot. As most of them here want to use both the 2 sims as well memory card. That only issue I want you to rectify.
Other than that Nothing issue with any model of MI. U are launching the new handsets with nearer specification but price varying. Hope ypu take alla this in consideration. Other than launching same product with new name, please make earlier handset available in market which has much demand.

Just saying the mi 5 is currently under 15k rupees at several different online shops at the moment.
-decent camera, and ticks most of your boxes. However, it does lack the inclusion of a micro sd which is a deal breaker for me

a good camera . 16mp is great with pixel size more than 1.0micrometre and large aperture-2.0/1.9
speaker at bottom
good battery life
a gorilla glass 3/4 on front
3/4gb ddr4/3 ram
an extra sd card. i know you will not give
price less than 14k

It will come with SD 653 because 652 makes no sense now since its old and 625 is not as powerful at 650.

Many of the tech youtubers says it will be coming with Snapdragon 625 but I highly doubt on that statement because their were no leaks no clue that i find on the internet that says redmi note 4 with SD 625 SoC but what I did found is Redmi note 4X comes with snapdragon 653 officially leaked images via weibo so what do you think guys will it be the device we Indians are waiting for ?? Bcuz still no clue of Redmi Note 4 with SD processor unless its 4X
