I m just laughing at samsung that they don't even haver proper plan to release the update and just fooling people around the world,I hope peopleverything understand and replace their samsung with other reliable brand like iPhone.
Few days back got new iphone7 and Samsung in the garbage.

But I do believe Tizen supports android apps via ACL so all hope is not lost in that sense if they do make the switch at some point.

How many times have apple had to recall an update because it bricked quite a lot of devices when updated?
Samsung might be a tad slow at updating their phones, but at least they make sure that the update works properly before releasing it. Also, they stuck with 7.0 because apparently there's a bug in 7.1.1 that hasn't been fixed yet, so what they're actually doing is better than releasing the 7.1.1 update.
