A 14in. laptop with a 720p screen vs the Switch at 6.2in. 720p. The Switch will be much sharper. It's not a 400$ phone, it's a console so it is amazing.

To be honest, the console is perfectly fine for me, and for $300, it is totally worth it.

Gilda, 13 Jan 2017A very interesting device which is bound to fail solely bec... moreNintendo games are super fun and very replayable! That is why they are successful. You still see people playing old Nintendo games. My brother, cousin and I still do. They don't create second or third generation of games if they are "same old same old". They must have new gameplay features (a new way to play the game) or else they forsake the idea. Notice that almost each Mario game has something new about it, a new way to play the game. Luigi's mansion, Kirby and the Rainbow Curse, Yoshi's Woolly World, etc.

Nintendo focuses on gameplay first and they don't care if they appear "baby'ish".

The new Mario Odyssey is open world by the way. So is the new Zelda.
Fallout 4 wasn't well received compared to the third. Making the same thing over and over again with a different story doesn't mean it will be successful.

Could Nintendo stop using proprietary ports? What's that UBC-C? It was too expensive to use a standard USB-C? Universally Bothering Connection-C.

A very interesting device which is bound to fail solely because of its "baby" games. For example who would want a gaming console that instead of getting to play games like Fallout 4, you get some lame mario game?! No thanks.

Is this really coming bundled with the new Zelda game?? amazing.
