I know this is a fast phone and all, but I'm not still going to get it as it's not Snapdragon - so the ROM-support is never going to be as good as it would be with a SD.

AnonD-506570, 14 Jan 2017What proof you have of that. It is an opinion based in historical evidence or can you not work that one out? Having said that Huawei sells far less in most places than Samsung. Compare global sales of Mate 8 against the S7. Got the idea now?

Just go for mate 9, It is worth to day can kirin 960 processor can fight with with snapdragon 821. Also, emui 5.0 features is awesome and I purchased my own mate 9 last month.

Mate 9 only needs a Snapdragon 82x or 83x -chipset and then I would run to buy it. It would mean a lot better ROM-support after the official support ends.
