I suggest you t... moreWhen the official Oxygen OS version in India for the 3T (3.5.4) is running so well, I am not sure of the thought process behind recommending Nougat downloads from Canada. Wifi disconnection is not a minor problem, is it?

I think OnePlus is one of the best Android manufacturer to deliver updates. But it's also sad that only the lastest phone gets that many updates. OnePlus One has to fight on its own, OnePlus 2 just gets big updates and later than OnePlus 3, but no small bug fix updates. And OnePlus X was a dead birth. I think it was the worst phone from OnePlus, although it is still an "ok" phone compared to others in it's price range.

Those waiting for update will keep waiting. I suggest you to use VPN. They are safe and secure . Use region Canada. Got 4.0.2 and it's working flawless. Those who are getting problem in nougat, I advice them to create backup and format the device once they get the Nougat because this will change the partition to f2fs and this happens to decrease you game and other application loading time. The factory data reset will also solve most of the problems. I have been running Nougat from day 1 doing the same and have not found any major problems. The WiFi disconnection problem is their but this will be addressed in upcoming releases.

I had updated through the Canada VPN route to 4.0 and haven't faced any issues with WiFi, Apn, etc luckily. Any idea where the 4.0.1 has been released.

Anonymous, 17 Jan 2017I think I would wait till things stabilise. My 3T is runnin... moremy OP3 comes preloaded 325 M, i updated to 328 M once i got it, and then last week 401 N, now using 402 N. no problem at all, still very stable and awesomely fast performance.

Would be even nicer if they'd release the sources ... We can't get custom kernels without them.
