If their mid range has this, then their flagship might have the same, maybe even more, but Sony doesn't typically need more than 3, but they just made it 4 because Android has become more RAM hungry and 3GB + superb optimization simply won't help it multitask well

4GB ram is big change. Very good specs. I hope they won't forget about well optimised software. Sony's UI is the best android UI out there. Keep up good work.

XA Ultra successor probably , M5 already have one - Xperia X SD650 - you said that too GA in your review .
