Those who want a phone that works fast and has access to the latest apps, will get an iPhone.
Those who want a phone that offers advanced features and customization options, along with top-notch security and reliability, will choose Windows. (1%)
This is also directly linked to the average IQ of people. The majority of them are below 120 points, a few of them are between 121-140, and only a small fraction (1-2%) score higher than 141 points.
So I don't mind your comments, as long as I know that I'm right (there's proof to support my conclusion) and Windows is better than Android. :)

Android can never be even half as secure as Windows or even iOS. Heck, I've got a Symbian phone in my drawer and it's 10 times more secure than Android.

Will ... moreAny and every phone may get LineageOS, it's only a matter of having someone supporting the device (or doing it yourself). AFAIK Zuk Z1 was supported by Cyanogen Inc, which has gone away from the project... so you need to wait for someone else to (eventually) work for that device -- do note that may be a really long wait (as in maybe never), I'm not familiar with the device.
