franz.alex, 25 Jan 2017It's already available to Insiders on Win 10 build 15004 on... moreTo be honest I'm doing this myself since i bought my macbook pro back in 2012.
All it takes is do create a custom colour profile with a different white point, and switching between those on a mac is as simple as making a click.

AnonD-596087, 25 Jan 2017When will MS bring this to W10... It's already available to Insiders on Win 10 build 15004 onwards.
You can join the Insider Program to start enjoying it right now, or you can wait until it is released on the mainstream version (Creators' Update).

Oh neat. Does Wayland support this feature, or has Red Hat successfully turned Desktop Linux into ChromeOS?
