A7 2016 was launched at 29k and now reduced to 24k. When 2017 model is launched, they shall reduce current 2016 models more down. They give horrible freebies at the launch time. Never buy Samsung when it is launched.
They don't even offer exchange value for their own products. Sadly another flop by Samsung. Prices shall be A7 2017 - 32k A5 2017 - 28k....disaster

Too bulky. Why cant Samsung get a sleeker phone. Wont be surprised if Sam continues to slide down the top selling charts.

I have mentioned this before. The A5(17) and A7(17) are doomed to fail in India. One can refer to the sales of the A5(16) amd A7(16) as a reference point. The only time when Samsung was dominant in this segment was in 2015 when the A5 was a 5incher. Somebody uptop at Samsung believes that bugger is better. Their biggest mistake in 2016 was not getting the A3 to India as will be their folly if they fail to launch the A3(17) here. It is the only visually comparable phone that Samsung has to challenge the Iphone6/7.

overpriced average devices..
16 MP front camera is a marketing gimmick.. the photo quality not as great as 16 MP,look like 8 MP ones..even the back 16 MP sensor not upto the mark!!
can't believe Samsung use a cheap 16 MP sensor in their $400 device..
sammy's older flagship s6 and OnePlus 3 have much better camera than this!!
simply overpriced shit!!
even A5(2017) don't have a notification LED!!! crappy Exyons 7880 performs even lower than SD625(available at sub 12k rupee ph)!!!
