LG now teases the G6's camera UI and square image capture mode

      The screen with curve cornered is not as usual, I think it is a little bit weird.

        Cool. But thanks to the rounded screen corners we will never be able to see the full image.

          one of the thing is very let down for lg ! their ui is unpolished , very less tweak, no app drawer also !

                    To the LG fanboys who are talking about hating: where were you when the LG G5 was released and many people hated it? Why you didn't defend the G5? Still LG G5 has the least compromises. It isn't a perfect phone, but overall G5 it is still better than all the competition phones like S7 Edge, Pixel, ... And G5 is better than V20 and G6.

                    G6 is crap because it is following the dumb fashionphone trend (copying what Apple and Samsung do) with non-removable battery, glassy, shiny, black design, useless small bezels (at least it doesn't have curved edges) (bezels are useful because they protect the screen from impacts when you drop it, and from accidental touching with your palm when you hold the phone) and maybe G6 won't have FM Radio and IR blaster.

                    The only andvantage of G6 over G5 is that it will have heat pipes to cool the CPU/GPU. They should have to implement it in the G4 in the first place (especially if you consider the overheating Snapdragon 808). But since they didn't do it, it proves how dumb LG is.

They just don't want to mention the name maybe because they don't want others to get the same glass as they do, since there'll be no differentiating factor for Xperia devices, and I absolutely love it. And I agree with your favorites, Sony has by far one of the best flagship phones inside and out, just sad that they're underrated. But the most impressive achievement they have done is to exist a few percent in the US which is flooded by Apple and Samsung. Neither LG nor HTC nor any other companies could do what Sony did. Out of 100, around 50 are with Apple, 30 with Samsung, and 20 with Sony. That's a seriously impressive goal

It's like saying Microsoft should stop making Xbox gaming consoles just because Sony's PS4 is better, and vice versa. Why would you stop a company to do its thing anyway? When you own an iPhone 7 Plus, are you going to tell them that 2 Billion people bought it? Not even one would give a bit of an interest to it. If I buy something like a V20, XZ, etc. I'd impress them that the V20 has amazing audio DAC and XZ has incredible 1080p display, marvelous speaker quality, etc. Moreso, those people are going to have an interest of your phone, and even making you popular with your device. Unless you don't have a friend or other people to impress with your phone, there's no need to buy quantity over quality

As long as they're durable and can easily handle the mightiest blows, why would you feel the need to know what's behind it? I bet iPhone users don't even know what they're phones are made of, they just use it as a phone. Unless you're going to die and the world will end if Sony keeps their shatterproof glass of Xperias unnamed, I don't think it's a very important information to know really. But to give you a better idea, I heard that Sony actually uses Asahi Glass from a company in Japan, and I strongly believe it is better than typical Gorilla Glass we used to see on any other smartphones
