AsusTech, 26 Feb 2017this is just a feature phone and people are demanding camer... moreUmm, may I know how old are u?
If u are born in 2009, which means 8 years ago, then it's normal for u to say that, BUT if u are born in 90s or 80s, that's ONE HELL OF IDIOTIC COMMENTS of the day...

Look, in 2008-2009, even feature phone have been advanced enough that many of them are equipped with 8mp camera, or 5mp at least, and have specs on par with Symbian phone, or earlier Android phone at that time, aside from OS, RAM, & LARGE display.
This is why people expect HMD to made the new 3310 a BIT modern, with S40+ OS that support Java, 3G, multimedia player, and features that already present in 2009, at least.

BUT, HMD is, as the old Nokia did, DUMB & GREEDY enough to read fans' expectation of DECENT feature phone, and instead made a BLOODY USELESS PIECE OF BRICK which selling points are only the NOKIA brand, the NOSTALGIA, & the ARCHAIC games...

Really, after releasing Nokia 6, 5, 3, & 3310, are these Nokia's sheeps still going to worship it like Nokia is the ONLY GOOD phone makers when there are TONS of BETTER phone makers doing their best in bringing us GOOD yet CHEAP phones?

FYI, if Sony Ericsson & Siemens are still exist, I think they will steal market leader position from Samsung in 2 years, as those two manufacturers do made excellent feature phones

Nokia12, 26 Feb 2017This is great .. No Nokia 8 launch it is better to launc... moreBut MWC is time when flagships are launched. Now Samsung Will take All the sales. If not 835 they could at least use a SD 653 in a device and price it 350-400 range for a good mid range phone. Or even 821 if they could restrict price to 500$

this is just a feature phone and people are demanding cameras and specs to be a low-range smartphone, this is why aliens don't visit this perfectionist planet of ours, demanding people with less knowledge of the functionality of what they are asking for from a phone regardless of what brand it is from

IMO, the revival of the once legendary 3310 was getting a lot of attention, however, HMD failed a bit in its design, specs-wise and price is on-point, but not the exterior design.

AnonD-519241, 26 Feb 2017Yes! But really miss the old barca's dominancetrue that. RB problems, disconnected midfield, bad deals in the transfer market, no planB tactics, too much dependence on MSN, faltering to high press. there is a long list of issues.

I think its a smart move to start at the low end to build up the trust for the Nokia brand again. After all their focus are probably on markets like China, India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Kenya etc..
Where people are in a process to upgrade their dumbphones to smartphones.
So release a high end flagship at this point are a costly business since they probably not going to the US market yet. And HMD Global have not the resources of Samsung so they play it safe.

We will probably see some high end Nokia 8 later this year. But I think maybe at the IFA event in Germany later. But I am happy to see the return of the Nokia brand.

                            Hello team,
Nokia has officially sent emails to all the subscribers on their website about the new phones. There's a video and all the specifications listed for all the phones and they are as we know Nokia 3, Nokia 5, Nokia 6 & the iconic Nokia 3310. Do check out.
