hope the camera module in the Nokia 5 is not the same as in the Nokia 6, cos the photos from the 5 look really bad, and if the 6 has the same it'll be really disappointing cos of where Nokia came from with their Carl Zeiss, high end camera modules in the Lumia phones...

AnonD-643613, 02 Mar 2017This "3310 reborn" thing is most likely making "Nokia" ROFL... more230? I love 3310 but 230's design and specs are way better than 3310, and by the way, 3310 has a lower pricetag compared to 230

It's funny to read "2017" after 3310 because the original one don't have a color screen or a camera or a flash...

This "3310 reborn" thing is most likely making "Nokia" ROFL as it nothing else than a reskinned and overpriced 230.

[In Sarcastic Voice]: "Wow, just look at image quality of the Nokia 3310. It beats the Pixels too with it's 3-axis OIS, EIS, dual-pixel, laser and PDAF, Live HDR & f/1.6 aperture. Take note rivals......"

sohail shafayat, 01 Mar 2017Whatever you say, my personal experience about made in Indi... moreThere are more than just phones made in India. Cars, motorbikes, electrical appliances etc. They are more trust worthy than Chinese products and good brands have good demand in South Asian countries. If you think Indian products are not good enough for you, then please buy an alternative product you like. Since the Nokia phones made in India will be only for Indians you won't have to waste your precious time trolling. Go buy a Chinese version when it comes available in your country.

They don't have to call it Pureview though, just use a better sensor and Zeiss optics.

Don't go expecting amazing camera quality from these new "Nokia" handsets. Remember that it is just branding, the designer is HMD (Finland) and the manufacturer is Foxconn (China). HMD are using the same sensors and software that countless other cheap Chinese manufacturers are using.

The PureView tech that powered the 808 and Lumia 1020 was purchased by Microsoft, and was not given away when their phone manufacturing business was sold off. The camera technology is owned by Microsoft, and will likely feature in their future hardware at some point.
