AnonD-404798, 14 Mar 2017not true , SD 808 throttles way more than SD810 under heavy... more"XZP being the first phone with SD835 "

Question: Which will be in the market first? Galaxy S8 in April-May or XZ Premium in June-July? So we can say that XZ Premium is the first to INTRODUCED SD 835, and Galaxy S8 is the first to have SD 835 IN THE MARKET. So, which one will be in the hand of users first? The Galaxy S8 ofcourse.

The fact is that you DON'T HAVE any proof or source whatsoever. I do.

        https://www.forbes.com/sites/bensin/2017/01/23/the-lg-g6-wont-have-snapdragon-835-because-the-galaxy-s8-has-first-dips/#4f349e98565e

As you can see, the guy - Ben Sin - had talk to the inside industry to clarify that Samsung is indeed buying all the SD 835. Does this mean I'm an idiot because I believe what he said? No. This guy have been giving trusted news and leaks for years, and his leaks really came true in the end. You would be stupid to not trust him. I rely my statement on trusted source while you make your own statement without any. Who's stupid now?

The fact that you made your own conclusion without the proof baffles me so much that I really think I'm wasting my time with you. You're very childish and stubborn to accept that you're wrong. In the end, You still don't have the proof to back up your claim. You still based your assumption based on a event that happened years ago. You still going with your own conclusion based on your own silly imagination.

Here's a summary what you had been saying to me:

        1. "Those news are fake spread by LG to use a cheaper SoC. But I don't have the proof to back it up. But I REALLY think they did because I think so."

        2. "I think people who believe those news are idiots: even though it came from a very respectable source. But I still don't have the proof to counter it."

        3. "Well, LG did use a cheaper SoC before, but the flagship SoC at the time overheat. So LG obviously took that chance to make an excuse to use a cheaper and safer SoC. So maybe, just maybe, LG is doing it again even though there's a trusted news outlet that said Samsung is hoarding all the SD 835 and force LG to use the SD 821. BUT I DON'T BELIEVE THAT SHIT CUZ IT IS CLEARLY THE OPPOSITE WHAT I THINK REALLY HAPPENS"

        4. "Again, I still don't have the proof to back up my claim, but I gonna defend my statement till the end of my life."

        5. "I KNOW I'M RIGHT AND I KNOW YOU'RE WRONG. Even tho I based my statement on my own imagination"

        6. "I'm confusing facts with my own opinion"

Please. Don't even bother to reply back, unless of course you want to say something else. I'm sorry if my statement is not the same as yours. I don't mind this 'battle' any day, but this is really taking forever and getting repetitive. Again, I'm sorry. Let's call it quits okay? :)

Someone Else, 14 Mar 2017The SD 808 throttles in heavy load (just like any other chi... morenot true , SD 808 throttles way more than SD810 under heavy load , that's a fact , the only difference is that SD810 heats up more quickly but once they get to the point o throttling SD808 is worse . most manufacturers you say , who are those manufacturers exactly ?Reason LG didn't want to use SD810 because it was more expensive , and they had a perfect excuse for doing so ... now they are doing same thing again .

it's you who is confusing facts with your own opinions , you ask me to provide poof for my claims yet you have no evidence whatsoever for yours .

''There are trusted source saying that Samsung is indeed buying all the first batch of the SD 835.'' that is still nothing more than a baseless rumor , so I don't need to counter it , but there are already solid facts like XZP being the first phone with SD835 ... so why are you imagining things ?

I only said that I have no proof LG spread the rumors , but LG have used sub bar chipset before for their flagship , and it turned beneficial for them so they would definitely do it again ... so only LG has motives to spread such a lie .

You should remember rumors are carried by haters, spread by fools, and accepted by idiots. - Ziad K. Abdelnour

in the end I think I really shouldn't bother with you, cause you believe what you heard first and blindly believe it , stubbornly refusing to take anything else in consideration , if everyone was like you and didn't question anything mankind would probably still be in the medieval age believing that world is flat , that's how narrow minded you are .

And let be honest, most manufacturers avoid the SD 810 like a disease. Indeed the 6P uses the SD 810 with no harm. But LG doesn't want to take the risk and uses the SD 808 instead.
Are you saying LG is making an excuse to use a cheaper and safer SD 808. I don't think so as other manufacturers tend to do the same.

I think you're confusing facts with your own opinion. There are trusted source saying that Samsung is indeed buying all the first batch of the SD 835. Where's your source to counter it? Oh wait. You don't have a source. You just make your statement based on your own imagination :)

You even said it yourself that you don't have the proof, so why even bother?

For example, you don't have a 50% chance to win a lottery just because the other outcome is that you don't win.

LG uses the SD 808 on the G4 because Qualcomms flagship chipset (at the time), the SD 810 , was known to overheat after minimal usage.

You don't have any proof of your argument, so that's the end of it.

XZ Premium was the 1st with Sd835 to be announced.
There was a man to represent Qualcomm there.
He said there is no exclusivity for Samsung. He was kinda angry because he has been asked this a lot.

Xiaomi Mi 6 is expected to be available in April.

If I am not wrong Z2, Z3+ and X Performance were all for sale in june, but all presented at MWC.

It also seems that Samsung was working with Qualcomm since SD820.

Jumbo, 12 Mar 2017I don't know anything about LG or otherwise, but it's clear... moreXZs is available in april.
XZ Premium would be too, if it wasnt for samsungs foul deal with qualcomm. Guess the deal to offer facilities to produce sd 835 had a "exclusive first batch" clause for samsung.
Qualcomm should turn to xiaomi in the future IMO, they made a 7nm SoC production line themselves, or invest in their own one and avoid this sammy "fairplay".
XZ Premium has to wait 1-1.5 month more after S8 to be released, obviously because of the qualcomm-samsung deal.
LG didnt want to wait, Sony decided to wait and did the only thing it could, announce Premium first, at WMC, and started the preorder program.
I think its their best choice of action due to certain "circumstances".

All rumours suggest the S8 will be available within a month of its announcement, which is confirmed for March 29th, so Sony would have to surprise everyone and knock weeks off their own timeframe to get it to market first.

The link you have provided states that the XZP is the first 'commercial' not 'commercially available', handset, siting its 'debut at MWC' as reason for this claim, that leads me to believe that they are not counting actual market availability here.

But all this just adds to my point, it's confusing to potential customers, who do generally not like that sort of thing. Apple's approach is much better here, announce device, and in the same keynote give as detailed as possible information regarding the role out schedule.
