Zenodroid, 16 Mar 2017Show me 4500+ battery on the s8, and I'll give you right. N... moreWhy would you need 4500+ mah of battery if the chip used on S8 is in 10nm process which only sips a small amount of power which could last more than a phone that has 4500mah and has 14nm or 20nm FinFET process.

For me 4500mah of battery is good for a phone which has a 14nm or 20nm chip.

But whats it good for? In the US they can use it to shoot speeding bullets. But what about the rest of the world? Wingbeats of humming birds?

Anonymous, 16 Mar 2017If this is the case, then Sony just lost it's biggest advantage.Sony's biggest advantage is IPS display, so u don't suffer ghost images from static elements

nepu77, 16 Mar 2017I've never used the slo-mo feature on my phone. I wonder ho... moretrue true..whats even more funnier is that when people do complain about their phone camera its usually a settings problem.. my s7 edge took crappy photos at first..then i found hdr was on..turned it off and went manual..noticeable increase in clarity..especially when snapping all those cat scans off a illumination board

AnonD-96426, 16 Mar 2017So Samsung have modified a Sony sensor? If true I'm very su... moreDont worry , No they can't .. Becuz if Samsung hve knowledge of sensor they never buy sensor from sony..they make it own !! Hope u understand

Anonymous, 16 Mar 2017Slim battery doesn't mean the battery is gonna to be crappy.Show me 4500+ battery on the s8, and I'll give you right. Not the same battery as s7 and note 7.

Anonymous, 16 Mar 2017No, becouse xperia xz premium has hardware for that, and S8... moreSamsung is supposedly matching it with DRAM on the sensor...which is the same basic thing that Sony is touting in the IMX400 to reach 960fps, as well as the Motion eye captures, where it has 4 full MP images stored on sensor in case you miss your shot.

My question is will Samsung's or Sony's be able to capture more than the mere 0.18 seconds in the ultra fps the demo XZ Premium was able to at MWC.

Great. Well, although just the name itself beats the competition, adding features like this one will add more to it.

nepu77, 16 Mar 2017I've never used the slo-mo feature on my phone. I wonder ho... moreI do use from time to time but i don't use it as much cos 720p still sucks and 240fps isn't slow enough. In fact, 240fps seems to be out of place cos shooting something that's neither slow enough or fast enough makes the moving object seem like stuttering. I was expecting the next jump to be 600fps but 960fps was a pleasant surprise. Only issue is that it's still 720p and taking in low-light environment will be terrible at that frame rate.
