VR is as gimmicky as the Nintendo Wii motion controls. Tried my free Gear VR last night and it took so long to set up. After 10 minutes, I began getting eye strain with or without my eyeglasses.

Tim Cook is right. AR is more useful than VR. I dreamt about VR since the 1990's when I saw Lawnmower Man and it isn't up to par to how we envisioned it 20 years ago. I wanted to watch movies while lying my head on my pillow but I need to be alert and sit up. Hardly relaxing. I had high hopes but VR is a bigger letdown than The Phantom Menace.

Don't believe in the Samsung hype or VR. The S8 is nothing more than having another voice assistant clone and removing the home button to make it look more bezel-less. Same overheating problems or laggy software skin.

Will soon be overrated by fashionista tech reviewers like the S7 edge is. Increase the screen size with awkward 18:9, remove the home button, and call it S8. Samsung will toss the Snapdragon 835 variants to the Americans and make Android look laggy again.

Don't believe the hype with Samsung's cool promo shots and ads. They still suck at software like Android is still stuck in the Gingerbread era. The cameras on the Pixel and LG phone are just as good or even better. S7 edge was a fluke like the film, Avatar or Steph Curry's MVP seasons. When you look back at the S7e, you will realize how overrated it is.

Wait for the iPhone Edition and I despise iOS but Apple can refine the experience better. Or if you love Android like I do, Pixel 2 or Nokia 8. Android should be fluid and not lag over time like Samsung's CrapWiz/disGrace UX skin usually does.

Do you think that in Europe it will work the same way? Because I wanted to get that sweet quadhd samoled screen with other great specs for VR, and I need to have a new phone by 21 April?

Enjoy beta testing it for them, and all for free. No need for them to pay you a wage for doing them a service.
