When gona launch nokia edge in portugal

Savor, 23 Mar 2017HMD is filled with ex-Nokia employees. The Nokian spirit is... moreWell first Nokia and BlackBerry are not owned by HDM or TCL respectively, they licensed their bramds to those companoes and gave them access to some patterns (Nokia most importantly). But in the case of HDM there is alot of hight-placed ex-Nokian working their+Nokia (the real one) has to see and confirm each product and give the green light think before it is released+ HDM is finnish like Nokia and the two companies are on the same street!

I think the new Nokia android phones are reasonably priced considering the build quality you can get.

Nokia quality is outstanding since the lovely days of 5110 and 3310.

The only brand that I TRUST.

question i have is 'why'. its this exact obsession with US, low end hardware with higher prices and boring phones that screwed nokia in the first place.

bring back the imagination! the creativity! the bold designs! that worked much for nokia before! focus on europe and asia! let the US catch up later!

                    Wake up!

I don't think the prices for 5 and 6 are overpriced. It's just that the chipset is too underpowered. They are targeting for the midrange market but the sd430 is probably in the lower midrange. they could at least use a 6-series sd to justify the price.

Anon, 23 Mar 2017The question is, will they include CDMA compatibility? Mor... moreYes, it will work. All snapdragon devices works with cdma.

Nokia is older than Wolverine/Logan and Nintendo. Nokia still not dead just like Sega, BlackBerry, and Motorola. You can't kill Nokia just like you can't kill a 3310. Nokia forever, baby!

Anonymous, 23 Mar 2017Haha, no Nokia. Nokia is dead. This is HMD Global!HMD is filled with ex-Nokia employees. The Nokian spirit is still there. If Nokia is dead, then Motorola is dead for being owned by Lenovo. Or BlackBerry being owned by TCL. Or Sega being owned by Sammy. Atari is deader than Nokia and Atari is still around in some shape or form. Nokia was founded in the 19th century. They are older than Nintendo. Samsung is actually older than Sony, fyi.

These Nokia phones are priced right and should compete against the Moto Gs. They are superior to Android One but under the now defunct Nexus line. A tweener if you want stock Android. I would sell this kinda laggy SD820 S7 edge in a heartbeat for a SD835 Nokia 8. Nokia has never catered their flagships to US markets though.

I don't care for Samsung. They are the impostors to the throne. The real king returns. Hail, Nokia!
