Ive handled both p... moreDid you see the s8 plus? i have the S7E and love it, and given the reviews so far i expect the s8/s8+ to be a worthy but more expensive upgrade, i received my phone case from ebay for s8+ and was surprised to see it next to my S7E the size is really not much difference at all, like a few cm taller for almost 0.7" of extra display, design looks great but i suspect in real life it will look much better stil, only another week or so :-)

Samsung is holding back some features to introduce to their Note8 line to help regain confidence again in its line. Don't be surprised if Samsung repositions the fingerprint scanner and adds more color options for the front.
The S8 only offers black fronts. That two-tone color scheme looks weird except if you plan on another all black option which is redundant as is since if the screen is off, S8 looks like a taller jet black iPhone 7 or Pixel.
I have played around with the S8 a couple times already and the design is nothing special no matter how many people keep praising it the incremental redundancy. The original iPhone was a lot more revolutionary in design than it.

There is no comparison between the GS7edge and the GS8plus. The GS8plus is a awesome looking device and Samsung is going to do well. The display with its almost being beseless looks outstanding. Samsung is the pioneer of the large displays starting with the Note and now the GS line. I remember when I got my Note 1 and my one friend laughed how big it was but today he is using a iPhone 7plus with his head buried in the sand LOL.
I can't wait to get my GS8+.

Ive handled both phones and do love my s7edge but side by side there is no comparison. Pics are noticably better, obviously screen size, and visuals are better, the S8 is much smoother in use than my s7edge and doesnt heat up nearly as much when multi tasking or gaming. Battery life is noticably better and has a very very fast facial recognotion which any person who gets their hands dirty at work can appreciate to unlock their phone even the mono bottom speaker is louder and clearer than my s7edge. Bottom line anyone who actually handles the S8 rather than just go off what every self proclaimed critic says, will be impressed by its functionality. Many ppl say that there are other phones out there that do the same for a much cheaper price however those cheaper phones make some sprt of sacrifice for thr price, be it screen size, screen clarity, or in many that i have experienced sacrifice camera.

Too many flagshio early this year using SD821. The one coming with SD835 is coming on the second half of the year. The cheap ones probably coming at the end of the year. This S8 is quite so-so for me. Loving the design and all but need that extra umph. Its not rushed yet not perfect either. S8 introduce so many things. Its kinda like S6 back then. Many people not satisfied with certain things. Later S7 perfected it. So, I expect Note8 may perfected the S8. Knowing a refurbished Note7 coming soon makes me more curious. I wanna wait to see this new Note7 price first.
