In addition... China can buy any company share but the techs still need talent to development or still the same and no improvement, just like a submarine, you can have all the tech but still need the talents inside it otherwise it can't move under water.

I have a question:
as some screens have rounded corners, Is it possible to cut a circle on a corner, as to put a camera on the screen as to make it bezel-less? just asking...

i think one the one think that should surely change or update in this phone is the camera and of course if they make the phone in fully metal as ceramic it would be hammer .

The sound quality is fine, it's just a little disconcerting how you plant your ear onto the panel.
An Amoled display would be awesome.

Actually a less R&D route would be to have a small top bezel and no bottom bezel (basically the reverse of the original Mi Mix). In that way, they can easily incorporate a traditional earpiece (along with the selfie flash / ambient light sensor / proximity sensor etc.) and also have the selfie camera in the correct position.

If it was not for the (bad) cameras it would seriously be the best phone of 2016 and early 2017.
I don't mind the "low" res (it's plenty enough, and actually better for gaming) and/or the bad earpiece (it's serviceable , plus I prefer hands free anyways).
The screen to body ratio is unbeatable still (S8 has less of it actually despite the terribly big push it got), its battery one of the best (handily beating S8's despite the bigger screen), extremely good looking and extremely fast (epec the exclusive edition).

how about they turn the device upside down and lose the lower chin instead would that be avery bad idea . btw why are they releasing asecond version of aconcept phone instead of working on production of first one .

There were protective qualities with that earpiece, closing off open spaces from dirt dust and moisture. I hope Xiaomi actually improves it rather than just getting rid of the design.
