I am currently trying to upgrade from a broken Z3C to the XZ (1st gen) because the new one is very expensive for us.

I envy everybody who got chance to own it... I have been facing no new Xpria flagship since I bought Z5 more than 1.5 years ago... I placed pre order for S8 now, my first Samsung phone, but I am pretty sure my S8 successor next year will be another Xperia flagship...

I really don't understand the logic of the way sony does business! this phone was announced months ago and still it is not out. By the time it comes out, android may get a new version and people will complain that it's software is out of date.
Almost all companies that sell good number of handsets release their phones ready for sale within one week of their announcements.
Please sony read my opinion and bring some changes to your management.

Wow, this update has been on unlocked-mobiles website since at least the 24th April. A little slow to the party GSMArena? I even messaged them on the 24th to clarify if the date they mention (22nd May) was when they'd be sending out the phones, or if it was when Sony was launching the hype and opening preorders.

If I could afford it I would finally give up on HTC,I've had their phones since their xda days.
With the headphones thrown in as well,it's a very good deal,even if you have to buy a decent quick charger for £25..
