Why is a bank making predictions about iphone8? It will be alot logical if apple calls this anniversary iphone the iphone 7ae (anniversary edition) or 7sae or iphone ae

Of course iPhone 8 will not be released this year, if they have an 7s planned.
iPhone X or iPhone 10, or iPhone Anniversary Editon, "the iPhone" or simply "iPhone" would have probably been the name for any planned Anniversary iPhone.
But then that would have either replaced the 7s, or been a special edition, that would perhaps been equippped with saphire glass, maybe even ceramic back. Possibly with additional storage and perhaps even free Airpods. There is a tiny chance it would have sported an OLED, but then it would have still had the same aspect ratio, and roughly the same screen to body ratio. If they planned such a device, but haven't gotten production up the where they had wanted, it would either be released as a limited quantity special edition, or cancelled, they would not push the anniverasy edition to next year.
Apple would not release an iPhone 7s and a higher end model, in the same year. That makes no sense.

It wouldn't be a 10th year anniversary iPhone anymore if it was released next year.
Next year would be the year when the first Android smartphone in the HTC Dream/T-Mobile G1 turns 10. Hoping Google tries to celebrate the public release of Android with a special edition Pixel.

of course it would be delayed....How else are they going to get everyone that has a Iphone 7 or 7 Plus to upgrade to the "New" Iphone 8 or whatever they call it. Same boring design for 3 years now and maybe this year the cameras are moved vertically on the 7s. Wow!! I want one...yeah right.

Why would you need an analyst to tell you that the iPhone 7s and iPhone 8 won't release together?
When has Apple ever released 2 iPhones generations in the same year?
Either the article should say that the iPhone 7s won't have an OLED panel or that the iPhone 8 will. Saying that the iPhone 8 will have an OLED panel but won't release this year is redundant since the iPhone 8 isn't set to release this year anyways.

It's not a surprise Apple is releasing the iPhone 8 next year. It will take sales off the 7s if released this year. However, they can get away with this robbery because of the ignorant masses that keep buying the same phone for 3 years at exorbitant prices. Apple mind programming must be really good. People really need to wake up to this modern day robbery.

I just find it so funny how iFans were waiting for a year for an awesome cutting edge new gen king of the hill anniversary iPhone that will awe everyone with its new features and how Apple is going to answer that with iPhone 7s which is basically the same design for the 4th time with a somewhat faster processor and maybe a new color option
