Does it hurt to put the headphone jack on the damn phones? Why companies are doing this?
Don't tell me wireless headphones is the future because the sound quality still far behind wired headphones & it's overpriced too.

HTC has made yet another big mistake! I'm patiently waiting to see you go down further

HTC used to go great back in the days.It had design different than others. It had giant bezels top and bottom, but that was forgivable becoz it had speakers. It had the newest chipsets and that is valuable too.Now it's all copy-paste and look a like like other companies.iPhone/Xioami didn't insert a jack, now HTC too.Samsung makes a flashy glass back,HTC makes a phone that looks the same as Samsung note 7.Sony uses small battery on phones,HTC uses 3k battery on a 5'7 inch phone. The HTC one X10 looks like Xioami redmi note 3/4.
Don't forget that HTC uses old media tek chipsets like X10,p10 on their new phones without going after x20/25/27 or p20.Or the SD 626/653/660.
Now they removed jack too.HTC isn't the company i knew.

Perhaps never again with HTC. My first and last branded by them is the One M7. Best design ever for a smartphone. More than the S7 edge and Note7.

Typing on my LG V20 and loving it. I notice plenty of glances for it. I probably will stop at 13 phones. Currently at 10. With already three LG phones, two Samsungs, my next three might be a Sony, Huawei, and gasp.. iPhone.

HTC no longer is on my radar. The only chance at me getting an HTC is if they continue to manufacture Pixels for years to come. Even then, it will be branded and designed by Google.

Why did HTC go with this decision ?
I mean, what's the benefit of removing a very useful thing from your phone?
HTC are going through some hard times, then they show up with this. Unreal!!
