Because 70% of the people don't really know 'specs' and stuff, they just buy the newest thing on the Market! Assuming off course that's also the best, what is not always the case.

porbably dont want people thinking HTC's Dual Core Flahship thats gonna be announced (probably) on April 12th is better than SGS2
so they delay for both to hit the market at the same time to give that NEW impression

All though this is bad news, I was expecting this. 'Somewhere in May' seems the most realistic date, March/April were only 'dreams'.
I still want to punch Samsung for saying, AT THE Mobile World Congress in February when they revealed the Galaxy S II, that it will be avaideble end of 'this month' (aka end of February). If you ain't Apple and release your products soon after you reveal them, don't lie. Just say that:
''We are showing you this awesomeness now, but you will get it only in a few months!!''
