Nice but they will surely make the mistake of premium pricing again. I'm guessing this will cost as a OnePlus 5.

ZUK brand itself closed down. All youtube reviewers in India are warning consumers regarding Lenovo's update policy (buy but don't expect any soft support) Even the Most successful phones of Moto Haven't received their N update. Damn, Lenovo phones do not get even security update or Volte. Lenovo has no standard. They made many false commitment regarding phone updates and fulfilled none. Now customers are fed up with this and are buying lenovo only bcz of its extremely low prices. Of all the big Chinese brands Lenovo is the worst when it comes to Software support and fulfilling promises.

lacp, 13 May 2017Lenovo didn't ruin nothing, only bought the mobile division. Lenovo laid off 95% motorola staff, people who were behind moto e,g,g2,x. Moto earlier used to provide monthly security patches but now under lenovo they announced they won't commit to that even for flagships. Moto used to make robust phones now they are not as tough as they used to be, look at the new designs vs the 1st gen ones. Updates are getting late whereas moto was considered as a cheaper nexus. Lenovo themselves have a bad reputation with updates where they promise updates and then take a U turn example vibe x3. Customer service has taken a huge dip and QC is also tier 2 brands now.

Lenovo is one of the few chinese brands with some status. They bought some departments of IBM and the things have gone well. They have good notebooks and their phones of Lenovo brand and Zuk sub-brand are good enough with good specs.

Lenovo, you guys can't make phones. Stick to cheapo lame phones in China and your excellent laptops.

5.5" 5.5", since 2016 only 16% (115) of mobiles registered on this site have a screen size under 5", of those 16% only 10, that is 9% have a resolution that is 720p or better. Which means, only 1,2% of Android phones are under 5" with 720p. Which is only one Samsug, 1-2 Sony and blackberry, the rest is generic no-name brands for $100.
Smaller phones will never make a comeback.

X4 sounds infinitely better than X (2017). The preliminary specs look very promising: 3800 mAh battery, IP68 ingress protection, SnapDragon 660. Hopefully it will also have the camera prowess of it's lower-end brother, the G5 Plus.
