Phones NOT need to be thinner, but I expect better cameras, batteries, maybe a screen like the Motorola X Force.

Boy, 05 Jun 2017Look for dimension of P7 or P6. P10 is faaaaatttttt !!!The P10 is a current flagship. When he says the 1+5 will be the thinnest flagship, I believe he is talking about the current generation; so the 1+5 should be thinner than the P10 and other current flagships.

LG superfan, 05 Jun 2017Phones are getting thinner but batteries are not why dont m... moreBattery technology hasn't evolved, companies still need to rely on lithium ion batteries which is currently at its maximum potential.

                    Just release it already!!
My one plus one is on its last legs... one more drop & I'll need to bin it.

Phones are getting thinner but batteries are not why dont manufacturers try to make small batteries without compromising on capacity like having 4000mah battery in a 7mm thin phone

LOL yes bump up the resolution and decrease the battery capacity that makes total sense.

I am waiting and waiting and waiting for a proper flagship with high-capacity battery.... and one after another, all the companies are dashing my hopes....

Where is the flagship with 4000 mAH battery?

Are you kidding me. Nobody wants a thin phone from OP. Leave that game to Samsung. We want a phone that won't bend in half if you breathe on it funny, and has a better battery.
My 'holdover' phone I've been using for the past several months is 8.6mm thick and it feels plenty thin enough. Anything thinner and I'd feel obligated to get a hard, THICK case for it so it won't snap.
I thought the "who's thinner" game was over like, 4 years ago.

What's even driving this race for thinner and thinner phones? Read the comment sections of any tech site and the overwhelming majority want bigger batteries, not thinner phones.
