You're ... moreYou must be in the US, there's no bloatware on Samsung's international devices, unless you're one of those people that call optional features "bloat". Battery life on Nougat went down with every phone, not just Samsung's. Even so, it still has one of the top battery life in ANY Smartphone, even when compared to higher battery capacity Smartphones:

        Eitherway, that's still only one of many improvements the Note 7 came with.

You're still getting the bloated array of Samsung's proprietary apps, and inefficient software. If you disagree, then tell me how much better Samsung's phones' battery life is on Nougat than Marshmallow. Yeah.

              I wouldn't be surprised if it sold more than that, the demand is there.

Unless you've been living under a rock, you'd have at least come across user complaints of the Toxugwiz UI being all bloated and what not. The refined grace UI that came with the Note 7 aimed to fix that, and is one of the major improvements in user experience as much as you'd want to downplay it as "tiny". Don't be a mindless hater....

                                  Well, first of all. Considering everything, it's not so easy to say if the price of about $618/ 552€ will be really worth it or not. And even more, because by the time that it will be re launched globally (after July 7, etc), probably after just a while (a month or two, etc), it will be launched the Note 8. So at least in some countries, they will almost crash with one another. So eventually it will be highly subjective on the individual, if one will prefer to spend much less but having a previous year's refurbished flagship, or spend more but have the latest (& not refurbished) flagship. In my case, if Samsung with the Note 8 will correct the LACKS&flaws of the S8, I will definitely go for the Note 8. But if unfortunately not? or I will stay with my S8 (as daily driver) or maybe considering the V30. Let's see what it will happen then.

                                    FE = Fire Edition!

                                      Anonymous, 12 Jun 2017We already know the nature of Note 8. It's S8+ pen. So yeah... more"We already know the nature of Note 8. It's S8+ pen."

                                      That's the same shortsighted statement people kept making about the Note 7, whereas it offered a whole lot more than merely an S7 Edge + Pen.

                                      Note 7 = S7 Edge + Bigger screen + Active digitizer pen to make productive use of big screen + IRIS Scanner as another fast and more secure method for authentication in various scenarios + Better Screen-to-Body Ratio ( http://goo.gl/BYLPe8 ) + Refined Grace UI + 64 GB base model + Gorilla Glass 5 + USB 3.1 Type C Port + mDNIe processing chip for playback of HDR videos + Dual Ambient Light Sensors for better auto brightness management + Lower Screen Reflectivity & Higher Display Brightness and Contrast Ratio for better outdoor visibility + 7000 Series Aluminium frame + Potentially 4x4 MIMO equipped for faster data rates, wider ranges, and better reliability ( http://goo.gl/tVxdoM ) - 100 mAh battery capacity

                                      There's bound to be several improvements beyond merely the CPU/RAM...

                                      "So yeah, worse than Note 7 Exynos (same power, but awkward screen ratio, awkward fingerprint placement)."

                                      So, you've had first hand experience with it before you're here talking?

                                      "Only people with Note FE is the low low battery. So S7 Edge Exynos is still the best of all Samsung, none of the problems of S8 + decent sized battery (that neither FE nor S/Note 8 have)."

                                      IIRC, there's also a Note FE variant going to china with 3500 mAh battery. That's what I'm looking to import.

                                      "Close 2nd is Note 4 BTW older camera and hardware, but equally impressive screen + pen + IR + removable battery. Basically the only two Samsung's I would buy currently (S7 Edge or Note 4 , both of Exynos variance), any other and it's a downgrade."

                                      Ok, good for you...
