Venwin, 23 Jun 2017Android Orangutan might be more appropriate, as many versio... moreJust wanted to say that an updated version number doesn't always mean better... Some features may get disabled so that older devices can be updated...the thing of cooked OSes is that sometimes the things that we look forward to in an update is already present... Such as everything nougat brought to my s7e was already there

'Every year we get excited about which dessert could possibly be named the next version of Android.'
There is nothing to be excited about. Google is in the business of money and all these gimmicks are to deflect peoples' attention from their (Google's) main aim.

Android Orangutan might be more appropriate, as many versions of android fosters fragmentation and leaving users of previous generation (read two year old) handsets stuck with outdated OS and feel like badly behaved orangutan.
