Fujitsu LOOX F-07C dual-boots Windows 7 and Symbian

16 May, 2011
No, it's not Windows Phone 7 we meant with that title. Fujitsu’s LOOX F-07C for NTT DoCoMo is indeed capable of dual-booting Windows 7 and Symbian OS thanks to its clever dual hardware design...

Awww! It's such a pity this powerful beast is only to one target market. One can only imagine how much market share it'll capture with that new innovation.
All in all, good luck to Fujitsu as they release this unique "*MPC."

Their Symbian isn't quite the same with how Nokia developed their symbian which is really a shame! The Japanese phones are a true testament of the power of Symbian. If only DoCoMo came to Nokia's rescue and lend them some codes ~_~

jay, 16 May 2011I would prefer Dual boot Windows computing OS and Android OS.That might not be too far away . . . If the other phone makers have got any sense, they will take notice and do something . . . that's if they're not already doing something in secret lol

I actually tried a Windows 7 Asus tablet at Bestbuy couple days ago. It was total fail... Windows 7 is NOT touch optimised what-so-ever.

          No comment on Symbian.

A combination of simple Symbian and multitasking Windows. This should've been something Nokia made. Have they seriously lost their creativity? I've been waiting so long to see Nokia release some nice phones and it hurts to see other brands release phone after phone while Nokia just sits and watches. Anyway, this phone is really cool, wish I could get my hands on one.
