If my car lasts a month between refueling is not necessarily because it is efficient it can also be because I move it very rarely.
Once an app takes the foreground most of backround processes cease. For moat users that is a good, but it creates great problem. Like the sharing ability on ios being linited (on android it can theoretically be litmitless, share any content w any app). Or things that are drawn over the top like chatheads, or two multiasking by having websites being loaded on the background.
Again, not things that laymen would use. But let us not pretend that that is efficiency. An iphone simply does less and you can even measure how much less processes go on on the bqckround at any given moment.,,
I much prefer many processes + big battery as a way to get great autonomy, instead of small battery + few processes.

Oleds did not exist in blue, that was only invented in late 90s.
Oled is the latest tech in imaging and the only worth its salt until we go to full holography. It is weird indeed that LCD screens are still being produced. The horrible greys (instead of black), the horrible power consumption (backlight always on), the dinky contrast, the unnatural faded colours...
As per DisplayMate the Samsungs have the best mobile screens in the world (most natural, accurate colours).
As per TV enthusiasts it is the series 6 and 7 of LG. (Again, oled).
In general LCD is a 1980s tech that was only arificially kept alive by Apple. Apple finally decided to do the right thing to out it to rest, almost a decade oldee than it should have been...

Apple is a basic phone, the Samsung S8 is a portable computer, IOS is smooth, yeah its its own maker os and device, it should be stable and smooth. SAmsung is using a compatible OS which is android, and i find it very good. S8 is a great device, last MUCH longer than an Iphone and camera is way better. They are different phones, but for me iphone should be for people that is a simple phone user, im not, a need a phone to open documents, work on them and do many work with it. Thats why FOR ME, and my NEEDS S8 is better.

What have "runway models" and "muscle to work" to do with Samsung's pitiful design failures? Nothing. I wonder who is the confused one here XD
Also, iOS is far more efficient, so I bet the 2900 mAh in the iPhone 7 Plus would last much longer than the 3300 mAh in the S8 Note. But besides that, it's still much too small, which is why I don't currently own an iPhone, but a Huawei Mate 9. Awesone big 4000 mAh battery, and lovely big 5.9" screen.
In case the iPhone 8 brings along a decently sized battery, I might consider it.
But back to the colour. The longer I think about those leaked photos, the more I think they're fake. The well established and very popular colours Gold and Rose Gold are absent, and what's worse, Red is absent as well. Instead we get this copper tone, and I don't quite know what to make of it. Not sure if Apple would really release such a colour, especially not to replace other established and popular colours.
