Boring to read all jealous and uncivilized comments. People more than half of the world has known and realized that Huawei products are powerful and better than major brands in this market. Especially, they've been sold those great products in cheaper price compared to another major brand.
But It doesn't matter to Huawei about all these mess comments because it's public area and also Huawei won't even notice it because the sold out units and the market shares are proved to its brand value!

Good spec, good camera, premium build, with good overall performance but at an affordable price. It's a win-win case for all consumers. It means we have options! That will always be on our favor when the competition is good. Gone were the days when Sammy and Apple dominated the market. BTW, I own an s8+ because my telecom doesn't offer Huawei. If they were, I would have got the Mate 9.

Huawei has been blatantly copying anyone and everyone else, has absolutely nothing premium feel about itself (except perhaps that Leica name), and wants to compete with Samsung?
The next headlines will be that Kia motors will be competing with Ferrari.
Leica has already dropped its reputation with its Huawei Association.

Guys, stop the racism...sheesshh..i'm no chinese but huawei made a good damn phone nowadays...thats why they beat iphone sales in 2017...got awarded in many categories...is it gonna benefit us if they made a good spec phone and sell it at lower price? Its all about people preference, choose the phone that u like and stop bashing others. I'm using Sony Xperia and my wife use Mate 9. At first i'm very sceptical about the phone but I can say Huawei phones got good quality on hardware, software and aesthetic value, for a good price.

fun fact...huawei sells mostly in China especially anything over $400 whereas samsung sells mostly outside of Korea....huawei copies others blatanly and it is the pride of nationalistic Chinese but all it does is copying...sorry huawei..you are not in the same league as samsung or apple ..go play with oppo
