You are still on Earth. You have equal chance to buy it as every other human on earth. Its not like you live on the moon or Mars and can never get the phone you want. China and Korea is not that far. As long as you got money just pay for the delivery.

The internal hardware gets major rearrangement inside of it since the S8. Btw, Note7 dont exist anymore. Its resurrected version, Note FE have only 3200mah battery. However, I would agree if you compare it to only the S8+. Though, its not much difference. I can give reasoning to the smaller battery than S8+. The S-pen and the huge dual camera at the back seem to take up a lot of space. Plus, they probably reduced the battery for safety reason. You need to take into account of battery expansion upon overheating. Extra space for cooling. The spen also need extra space away from the battery. Not to mentioned waterproofing added to the slot. To make thing simple, I dont recommend this Note8. Not impressive at all. Maybe I comment too early before the keynote but whatever.

I wish my phone had optical zoom.
Digital zoom sucks..
But 2x is too weak. Object gets closer not even 3 yards.
4x would be great...

For the camera: it cannot be B&W and Zoom in the same time. This will not work ever.
