Sony Xperia XZ1 and XZ1 Compact now available for pre-order in Europe

UK-based retailer Carphone Warehouse will ship the new flagships in late September.

With ldac (highest bitrate codec), Bluetooth 5.0 and aptx HD, this is the master of high resolution wireless audio for phone. No other phone has all of them

However, I presume that apple could release their own high resolution wireless audio codec (especially after acquiring beats)

    With the Nokia 8 you also get a free smart watch if you pre order.

    Now camera quality discussions aside (and ignoring the fact that the Xperia camera app is awful), the Nokia 8 looks like good value when compared to these two.

      Yeah, no way you're going to get anyone except someone awfully stupid to put down that much money for the XZ1. If I'm going to spend a ton of money, I'd just get the Premium, alternatively go get an S8 or wait for the LG V30 which will kick this phones ass.

        Hopefully the XZ1 Compact will be available in the Philippines officially (unlike the X Compact which wasn't). It'll probably be priced around P25,000 to P30,000 here if it becomes available.

            wth... too expensive. Nokia 8 would be a equally better option like XZ1. Nokia has got little better camera, high res brightest LCD display, pure android experience. Whereas Sony got high resolution cam, slo-mo video experience, dual sim with Micro SD.

              Carphone Warehouse only delivers to UK adress, so it would be better to say, Xperia XZ1 and XZ1 Compact available for pre-oder in UK
