No one, 19 Sep 2017What does a man mean by smarter build? No one is not a fan ... moreI had Samsung. I have p10 plus. I have Oneplus 5. I have Nokia 8. All with the fingerprint on the most logical and useful spot. Specially designed for people who use their phone every day. On the back is horrible, and yes I know Huawei used it on a lot of their phones. I took p10 plus over mate 9 pro, bc of the fingerprint on front and a little bit better camera. 9 out of 10 of my friends chose front over back, specially the ones working as supporters. Most people even have their phone laying with front turned upside, so they hate having to pick up the phone just to unlock it.

No mate 10 pro for me. If they want to give us full screen that badly, then make fingerprint in the bottom of the screen. Hope p11 plus will be smarter build.

The next Pixel 2 XL will cost 849$ (64 Gb) and 949$ (128 Gb). The Pixel 2 649$ (64 Gb) and 749$ (128 Gb) according to Droid Life... Sure that more expensive in foreign countries. I see more interesting the Mate 10 than the Pixel 2 at the same price or a V30, perhaps the next from HTC or ZTE could compete too, the S8/S8+... About Mate 10 Pro vs Pixel 2 XL, Note 8 and others is still an unknown.
I hope there will be a good battle of prices in a few months.

Maybe we should simply start waiting half of an year to see, what XDA and Co. brings up at development strength. Pros: Cheaper phones, maybe beloved by devs (grants longevity of updates). Cons: You won't be the coolest guy around, presenting the newest phone you bought.
I can live with that. If OEMs are deciding to go crazy, I'll counter with patience.
