people who frequently mention how fragile Honor 6x then following it with the JerryRigEverything review probably split their phones on purpose.
Nobody even noticed how strong Jerry's hands are. The phones are not that fragile with normal use and care.

The phone should be waterproof and the body of the phone is more metal and more resistant. In general, I was very pleased with the previous series, I hope this series will be better off.

Do they l... moreMy 2nd smart phone was Honor 4x, i had it for 3 years , dropped many times never shattered, and not even searched for any service centers as i didn't find any issue, now replaced it with Honor 8 pro, so don't worry about the quality and durability

Guess I'm cheap for paying less for a better built phone or perhaps people are stupid for paying more for a phone without scratch resistant glass and can snap in half under pressure? I will never understand fanboys.
I hope Nokia come out with a midranger stronger than the 6, we need a Nokia 7

This phone is amazing. And my bro has note 8 and his wife iPhone 7 plus and my mum Xiaomi mi max 2.
I can say that this is probably the best phone around this price range. In fact even 4x was great. 5x was revolutionary and 6x was / is the gold standard for mid range.
Go for 7x blindly. Camera ,sound and display is the most pleasing.

Honor 6x had horrible build quality even for its price range.
It didn't even have proper scratch resistant glass and failed JerryRigEverythings durability test.
If they fix the build quality issues I might be interested, I've been waiting for a good midranger. Nokia 7 where are you ? :(

But the X Series has some quality issues both the 5x and 6x were built with low quality materials and would break easily you can check the quality tests on Jerry Rig Everything Channel on YouTube
Hope that has been sorted with the 7x other than that you don't have to worry about build and Longevity these Huawei / Honor phones will last you as long as any other Samsung or Apple phone or any other OEM for that Matter.
Also if are worried about updates Huawei mostly gives 1 Major Android Update for it's Midrangers and 2 Major Android updates for it's Flagships
Which also Comes with it's proprietary Skin EMUi which may not be of everyone's taste
If you are worried about Custom Roms and Third Part Dev Support then you may want to steer clear of Huawei as a Brand Because they use their own HiSilicon Kirin SocS and hardly release kernel sources so the development is almost non Existent So if you rely on Custom ROMs for Longevity then This brand may not be for you

And considering that the Honor 8 pro was launched Quickly in India You can never say Honor 7X may be launched in India Soon after release or as soon as possible.
Also I personally hate the Honor Brand I would rather prefer Huawei Branding

As we all know that Huawei launches the Same phone with different name in different Markets
