I hope HMD include hotspot features to the phone too. Because 3G has max speed of 6Mbps. Enough for some users. Then it is worth it. If not, a featured phone like that having 3G connection... it is just waste of time+money!

AnonD-441601, 28 Sep 2017Man its much better than it was before. Before it was heavy... moreIt's very ugly. Really. It's no different from a chineses plastic toy that you can buy from a sidewalk vendor. The original 3310 was a way better than this.

Look at its back. Its It's very cheap. It's very ugly. Look at its front, it's so cheap. The design is so fugly.

I tried it (the 2g version of course) for almost 30 mins in one shop here in my country. And it's so cheap and ugly. I was planning to buy at first but after i tried it, i changed my mind. I'll just keep my old nokia 101 as my backup phone. Nokia 10l1 is very comfortable to hold unlike the very cheap and ugly 3310 2017.

Anonymous, 28 Sep 2017It's no longer as durable as the initial 3310, plus it's pr... moreu r one RARE beings I rarely see in comment sections, dude!

MANY (if not ALL) creatures that flocking the "nokia" comments sections are those called "DIE-HARD Nokians" who couldn't help but praise ALL things about Nokia, even the DUMBEST thing like this "3G stupid phone".

Believe me, I had Alcatel D668 (similar to low end Pixy series) from 2010, and still works like a champ till now (2017) if all u need are texting & calling. It's one of the first phone to get android ICS (vanilla ones, to boot) and have quite good RAM management (it's only 512mb, but rarely lag), and I had it for USD$50 at that time.

With the data turn off, no WiFi use, 3 hours music play, few camera shots, and auto brightness, its 1500mAh could last a day, like any chinese dumbphone that still being sold here (Indonesia).

BTW, don't start with the "chinese phone = crap build quality" BS.
I had 4 Android low-end chinese phones (Alcatel, Nexian, Huawei, IMO, Mito) ranging from 2010-2014 that I bought for USD$50 (all new, not 2nd hand) which OFTEN slipped from my breat pocket to the floor (asphalt and concrete), and NOT ONCE one of the phone broken, especially the display / touchscreen part, as the screen glass of cheap Android phone are made from plastic.

So, once again, the ONLY one who buy this Nokia phones (Including 2, 3, 5, & 6) are either DUMB (the same as the the phone) or DIE-HARD Nokia fanatics like iSheep who are blinded by the brand name, and have no problem shelling out their hard-earned money for OUTDATED devices.

Making this phone was a smart move from HMD for marketing purposes, but now it seems that they take it more seriously than they should, instead of working on a true mid-range phone with true midrange specs and a better camera for their next flagship.

Before it was heavy brick now looks swift elegant and with all the glance. You are either blind to see or you forgot how bad looked this nokia before.

It's no longer as durable as the initial 3310, plus it's price tag which equals to entry-level Android smartphones means it's not affordable in any sense...
