And now they're stuck with tons of those chipsets, so they flood the market with cheap phones in order to make some profit, and also get rid of those.

Huwaei = The new Samsung
Flood market with devices (updates anyone?) and give people choice to buy something different even though it is very little or difficult to spot. But hey, it is different and people get choices! :(

Funny. Huawei is going the same way as Samsung, but Samsung is streamlining its product portfolio (A8 and A8+ are proof and I believe J series will have the same fate). Huawei has too many versions of the same product, and all with the same chipset. It's confusing.

harianilchandran, 21 Dec 2017In India we have honor 9i, which is very similarHuawei Nova 2i (Malaysia), Huawei Maimang 6 (China), Huawei Honor 9i (India), Huawei G10, Huawei Mate 10 Lite. All are same devices with different names. Crazy naming by huawei.

I think Honor is going crazy.... How many mobiles with same specs had been released or they may release. Total madness. They are following the steps of Sammy now. Galaxy J7, J7 pro, J7 nxt........ etc.
