4K is fine but it could be better. 13.3” is much bigger than any phone. Even 4K is low res compared to normal phone today.
The sharper text, the better! I really hope that we will see 8K laptops soon.

I think ... moreNope, Windows consumes more power than MacOS due to junk services which run in background with deep roots, it was designed with PC, desktop in mind, powered from outlet then converted by some third level coders into tablet OS through a botch named Agile coding.

I think Windows consumes higher battery due to its color scheme.
Black colors on LCD screens are always a bad idea as the LCD tends to consume more power that way. It's because LCDs need to use their polariser to produce black color.

Oh no. 4k is useless in such a small screen, it only causes problems (lower performance and battery). What a bad move from Dell. They should of stayed with 1800p, in fact even that was too much (1440p would had been ideal).

... moreThis new XPS is the same as the one before, they just replaced the processor with a new one I doubt it is fixed the Meltdown bug.
The palmrests of all XPS is horrible, including this new XPS, it is made from a woven fiberglass covered by a soft touch paint which gets very sticky and dirty after one year because the soft touch paint, kind of rubber paint, starts to age and gets softer and softer until it peels.
Buy Macbook 13 inches, it has metalic palmrest and better track pad, then you can install Windows on it.

though the model name had implied, but not a clear info yet.

Laaaaame. They keep advertising 10-11-12hrs battery life with each new model. Because the new one never reach it!!! You have to be watching a low-res, H.263 video to attain these times. And the 8th "gen" cores are full of it.
And seriously, who uses Cortana, never mind on mobile phones, but on PC? "Hey Cortana, send Connie DentalPlanDetails.xlsx spreadsheet by e-mail"
"Sending ConfidentialPlanDetails.xslx spread on 6 e-mail recipients"
They complain why the PC market is getting slow, while the answer was right in their face all along

dear gsmarena, the XPS13 has the crappy below screen webcam for more than 5 years. im pretty sure in the computer world that is NOT new trend lol
still crappy though.
