The 4k HDR seems quite promising. I saw the samples from a tester and they seem quite impressive, especially for a smartphone (where video dydnamic range is always an issue).
The 1080p @ 960fps doesn't. Because earlier one could record at .2 seconds, and now you can record at .1 seconds.

One day the Xperias will be bezel-less but people won't care as it will become outdated by then. Anyway we've to agree that the video capabilities are outstanding but spoiled by an LCD it'd be better if its LED.

I've S8+ but prefer my XZ Premium as a daily driver. You don't know the feeling of holding an Xperia period.

Ugly design, I liked xz premium design much better and was expecting something similar but with no bazels, it would have looked a way cooler
