Honor View 10 now on pre-order in the US, shipments are later this month

12 March 2018
The price is great for a phone with a Kirin 970 chipset. Huawei also has some special promos for St. Patrick's Day.

Sure its been cut a bit spec here and there compare to its latest mate series, but hey, for the price, its reasonable.

My P10 has been updated just once in 8 months and is still on Nougat. My Mi Mix 2 has been updated three times in 3 months including an update to Oreo last week. Though I like my P10 and the Honor View 10 looks nice I can't see myself buying another Huawei until they start supporting their phones properly.

According to the specs, the LTE bands suck out here. Do they have updated LTE sets on the ones coming to the U.S?

Before anyone spends $500 on a phone think about the honor 8 support & update fiasco...with Android P already available as a beta why buy from a company with a poor track record of supporting there products? Any major phone provider has to have a public policy on updates and support, Google Apple and Nokia are all making clear there policies, Honor & Huwaie have to do the same in my book... and no more games and half truths!

Limited LTE bands. Only B2/B4/B5/B7/B12/B17. Waste of money.
