Go Sammie Go.......perhaps the competiton will take this as a wakeup call as Samsung continues its onslaught of hi-end to entry level phones as well as pushing out new WP7 devices. We're still awaiting a top-end qwerty slider but are enjoying this march to the quadcore S3 in 2012. It is great to see HD display arriving as well and look forward to faster GPUs along with new higher freq. CPUs. Yeah battery tech still needs to catch-up with all this new technology but any mobile warrior or power enduser will live with that one flaw in the mobile device realm. Finally, it'll be great to also have the next generation of tablets utilizing ICS (Android OS 4.0).

Despite the OEM telling us to disregard this "leak" we all realize there's likely some truth to this info. We all heard the rumors of Samsung testing HD display platforms and knew the Exynos was due to come out at 1.4-1.5. We're getting ready to buy a second powercell once these beauties launch and have some fun.

Go Samsung....now come on HTC, LG and Moto....let's see what you can do for us.....

Anonymous, 18 Aug 2011WP7 is stuck at WVGA and Samsung is releasing crappo Androi... moreI expect no different when an open-source OS is pitted against closed OS'es like WP7 (or iOS). There is no way WP7 will be able to keep up, any Android developer can and will always renew and innovate faster because it is far more secure (larger market) and far better aimed at the target consumer groups (early adopters generally pick Android as they are generally techies, as opposed to the mainstream consumer market).

And crappy? I believe Android is proving time and again, with this roadmap leak once more, to be the most promising OS on the market...

Wasnt this leak confirmed by Samsung themselves as fake? Other websites put up leaks too, that's understandable, but once official announcements are made, they tend to update the articles to reflect this, dont see much of that here.

Mini Me, 18 Aug 2011 4.65" for their flagship android phone with Ice Cream... moreits not that big.
samsung galaxy S II physical size is about 6.5 inches and 4.3 inches screen.
if ICS android phones come without front physical button the 4.65 inches screen phone probably smaller than SGS II physical size.
it just like N9 size almost as big as iphone 4, N9 has 3,9inches screen and iphone 4 has 3,5inches but the two of them have almost the same size because N9 doesnt has physical button at front.

you can see another example with moto defy 3.7inches screen but defy is smaller than iphone 4 with 3.5 inches.

a bigger screen doesnt mean a bigger phone

The Samsung I9220 (W43) sounds cool :D tough competition to Galaxy S II (depending on other specifications)
P.S. 4.5"+ display is way too huge :|

They sure have a lot of Super AMOLED for themselves. Even for a 7' tab.

Samsung is a monster. Having these phones in the line-up is pretty bad ass. Compare it to a single phone release of other companies out there. This is amazing.
